Full-Time Guest Services Supervisor
Responsible for supervision of the Front Office (front desk, PBX, bell, door, and concierge). The Guest Services Supervisor will assure guest service standards are being applied consistently and that all hotel and department policies and procedures are followed. Outstanding customer service and leadership skills with the ability to work a flexible schedule (am, pm, overnight, holidays and weekends) are required. Proficiency in Opera property management system a plus.

F/T Front Desk Agent
1-3 years related experience strongly preferred. Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule (including overnight) are musts. Proactive in complying with guest requests, ability to solve guest problems, and use all office equipment.  Familiarity with the Opera property management system and a second language are a big plus.

P/T In Room Dining Server
Associate must have at least 1 year of service experience. Ability to read, write and speak English, knowledge of Food and Beverage – especially wine. Proactive in complying with guest requests, ability to solve guest problems, ability to use all office equipment.  Knowledge of GSA program; Maintain excellent communication with culinary staff.

P/T Bar Back
Associate must have at least 1 year of service experience.  Applicant must be well spoken and be able to articulate the menu and beverages in a clear and knowledgeable manner.  The applicant must also possess excellent time management skills, be self-motivated and a team player with the ability to work a flexible schedule.

P/T Bar Server
Associate must have at least 1 year of service experience.  Applicant must be well spoken and be able to articulate the menu and beverages in a clear and knowledgeable manner.  The applicant must also possess excellent time management skills, be self-motivated and a team player.
