Lead Reservations Agent:

Reporting to the Revenue Manager; responsible for overseeing Reservations department, handling group bookings, answering inbound calls and processing of reservations.  Handle all daily activities including; reservations capture, changes and cancellations according to market segment; organizing, filing, submitting backups (travel agents), maintaining knowledge of all information regarding programs, package rates, special promotions, etc…
 
We’re seeking an energetic, passionate professional with an exceptional service attitude to join our talented team.  Previous supervising and hotel experience preferred.  Proficiency in Word and Excel required 

F/T Front Desk Agent

1-3 years related experience strongly preferred. Outstanding customer service skills & the ability to work a flexible schedule (including overnight) are musts. Proactive in complying with guest request, ability to solve guest problems, and use all office equipment.  Familiarity with the Opera property management system and a second language are a big plus


Room Attendant

Must have at least 2 years of service experience.  Applicant must be well spoken and be able to articulate in a clear and knowledgeable manner.  The applicant must be self-motivated and a team player.
