Lead Reservations Agent: Reporting to the Revenue Manager; responsible for overseeing Reservations department, handling group bookings, answering inbound calls and processing of reservations. Handle all daily activities including; reservations capture, changes and cancellations according to market segment; organizing, filing, submitting backups (travel agents), maintaining knowledge of all information regarding programs, package rates, special promotions, etc… F/T Front Desk Agent 1-3 years related experience strongly preferred. Outstanding customer service skills & the ability to work a flexible schedule (including overnight) are musts. Proactive in complying with guest request, ability to solve guest problems, and use all office equipment. Familiarity with the Opera property management system and a second language are a big plus Must have at least 2 years of service experience. Applicant must be well spoken and be able to articulate in a clear and knowledgeable manner. The applicant must be self-motivated and a team player.
